My work focuses on storytelling. The happy, the sad, the funny. The big moments, the little moments, the details. I won't construct yours. I let it play out naturally; capturing the authentic, raw moments as they happen.
Having photographed close to 100 weddings, my approach is relaxed and natural. Instead of forcing you into stiff and awkward poses, I prefer to provide gentle direction that will keep you moving, chatting, and laughing naturally. But the true beauty of my work lies in capturing the fleeting, spontaneous moments that you may not even realise are happening.
My mahi is considered, timeless and natural. As a documentary-style photographer, I strive to be as unobtrusive as possible - a fly on the wall that captures candid moments without interfering. If you're going to be worried about your dress getting dirty or one strand of your hair being out of place, I'm not the right fit for you. I like to capture the day as it happens.
I'm here for the creatives that want to do things differently. I'm here for the couples that truly think about the traditions they love and those they can do away with. The effortlessly cool.
There’s nothing more nostalgic, timeless and simply stunning than film photographs. They’re often my couples’ favourite photos of their entire day. The effortless colours and vintage vibe they give off, leave you with something so unique and special.
I photograph weddings on digital with the option to add on rolls of film onto any package. Most of my couples add on an average of two rolls to ensure I can capture a few moments from each part of your day.
Each wedding is as unique as the couple themselves. That's why I take a custom approach to editing every single one, ensuring that I capture the true essence of your day. My style is timeless and authentic, crafted to stand the test of time and still be just as beautiful in 30 years as it is today.
With my light and natural approach, I aim to enhance the natural colours and lighting that are already present, resulting in a collection of photographs that are true to life. My ultimate goal is to provide you with a stunning and authentic record of your wedding day that you will treasure for years to come.

"Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten." - Aldo Gucci
Photos last longer than memories do - they are generational and something you don't want to look back on and regret. Photos gain more value over time.
I have three packages ranging in hours coverage (3, 6 & 9) and second-shooter coverage, starting at $3500. Most of my couples invest $5200.
I am super inspired by new places and am fortunate to travel for almost half of my weddings. To join you on your day outside of Christchurch will be an all-inclusive, additional fee.
South Island: $400
North Island: $600
International: $800 (You cover part of the flights, I'll cover the rest!)
Flick me a message with your date and I can check my availability and send you through a pdf with all the pricing/packages info in depth.
